What is EICR and how does it work?
An electrical installation condition report (EICR) is used to discover faults, deterioration, damages, and/or circumstances that might indicate a possible threat, as well as provide suggestions for improvements inside a facility. We are an NICEIC-accredited electrical company.
- Pick a time that is convenient for you.
- Same-day reservations are available.
- For emergency cases, a certificate is issued the same day.
- Pay using a credit card, a bank transfer, on-site payment, or PayPal.
What we offer
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT (EICR)
- A licenced electrician or authorised contractor prepares an EICR as an official record of a property's electrical system status. NICEIC and NAPIT provide industry-standard education and training to electricians who want to undertake EICR assessments and other electrical work. Our engineers have complete NICEIC and NAPIT certifications. It is your job as a homeowner to ensure that the socket, light switch, wiring, and consumer board are safe. The Electrical Safety Council suggests inspecting electrical systems every 5 years or whenever there is a change of tenants, depending on the wiring conditions.

What is the purpose of the EICR certificate?
The electrical certificate, also known as an EICR certificate, is a crucial aspect of maintaining the safety of your renters and may demonstrate that you have taken the necessary precautions. Depending on past inspection recommendations, it is advised that you undergo a comprehensive electrical check every 3 to 5 years.
This inspection looks at the quality of the electrical connections all through the property and double-checks the installation’s safety. It will be provided online after this is completed and a ‘Electrical Installation Condition Report’ has been submitted. It will state if the electrical system is safe or whether any corrective work is necessary to bring it up to code. The corrective work requires a separate quote, which is not included in the cost of the required EICR certificate.
The Landlord or whoever controls the property is responsible for the electrical safety certificate. For the tenant’s safety, it’s a legal need to maintain your EICR up to date. Otherwise, if a danger occurs in the future, there might be a large fine. We are London’s leading EICR service supplier. The cost of an EICR certificate is determined by the number of bedrooms, regardless of the number of fuseboxes and circuit breakers.
